At Scandinavian Designs, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team or visit your local showroom with your original order number and receipt to begin the return process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture or decor is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our concierge team will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
